Laptop backpack?

I want to buy a laptop backpack that will hold a 15” laptop, i want one that has a removable Laptop Sleeve and is approx £20 or under.
Any suggestions?

20 pounds is roughly equivalent to $40 USD. With that in mind;

I would suggest a messenger bag. A few years back I purchased a 15″ laptop and bought a HP LiveStrong messenger bag. This bag came with a laptop sleeve free.
