Why is the Dell Vostro A860 Laptop so cheap?
I am looking for a laptop to buy and don’t want to spend all that much. I have come across the Dell Vostro A860 and compared it to the Inspiron, and it was basically the same (minus the webcam)
Can you suggest any other Budget Laptops?

Dell is king in budget latops.
And the Vostro is probably cheap because it is aimed towards business, which usually get a discount on computers and laptops, mostly because they buy in bulk.
